Our system consists of the Mega-Inliner® Tank Container Unit and the patented Mega-Inliner®. The Mega-Inliner® is a bag made from high-tech food-grade foil. Once it is placed in an empty tank container, it can be filled with any conceivable (non-hazardous) liquid. Oxygen can’t enter and gasses can’t escape the liquid. The liquid arrives in top condition and the tank container stays clean, with no wear. In addition, barely any liquid remains once the bag has been emptied. Installing a Mega-Inliner® takes only five minutes, and its removal takes just fifteen. From now on, any tank container in stock which is fitted with a Mega-Inliner® is ready for your immediate use.

As a shipper or carrier, you no longer need to own your own fleet. You can make use of our tank containers through leasing. These tank containers are fully prepared for use with a Mega-Inliner® and can optionally be fitted with a cooling & heating unit. Mega-Inliners® can be purchased on annual need. It doesn’t get much easier than that. If you already have your own fleet, we can make these ready for our system, through a sale & lease-back construction.

Depending on the current supply chain we can be competitive with all. If you are transporting ready-to-drink in bottles now, the impact of using our system is huge, but changing the supply chain takes more time, switching from conventional tank container or flexitank to Mega-Inliner® is easy and gives you the benefits immediately. All other IBCs, Drums, kegs, etc are somewhere in the middle.
By using the Mega-Inliner® System it is possible to go directly to the next loading location without the need for cleaning between each load.
