Less product loss
Because the Mega-Inliner® bag is completely emptied by air pressure, there will be little to no product left behind. The product is pressed out of the bag completely.
Refrigerated Supply Chain
The MTC’s (Mega-Inliner® Tank Container) are equipped with circular cooling and heating units to maintain temperature of the product during to whole shipment.
No open-top loading
By using the Mega-Inliner® system ensures you that open-top loading will no longer be necessary, this eliminates dangerous situations during loading for dock employees. The Mega-Inliner® is loaded from the bottom of the tank container and therefore easy and safe to use.
No foaming during loading
When the juices & NFC’S are transported in the Mega-Inliner® there is no foaming. When filling the tank container, we use counter pressure, and the juices & NFC’S are filled in a closed environment (the Mega-Inliner®) so the liquid doesn’t have space to foam therefore no additives are needed.
No taste and/or odor contamination
In the Juices & NFC industry, many different types of products are transported in the same tank containers. Cleaning is therefore important but not always performed well. In some cases this gives contamination issues before loading the products.

Depending on the current supply chain we can be competitive with all. If you are transporting ready-to-drink in bottles now, the impact of using our system is huge, but changing the supply chain takes more time, switching from conventional tank container or flexitank to Mega-Inliner® is easy and gives you the benefits immediately. All other IBCs, Drums, kegs, etc are somewhere in the middle.
By using the Mega-Inliner® System it is possible to go directly to the next loading location without the need for cleaning between each load. Therefore, costs such as driver wages, cleaning costs and waiting time are being saved. Because there will be no residue left behind in the tank all costs of product being wasted are eliminated.
